Two words....Heart-Shaped Sunglasses!

You can still use them if you get the right ones!

Fresas, I cannot tell you how long I've been wanting to own a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses. My birthday came around and I kept saying, "I really wish I had a pair of cute heart-shaped sunglasses." Nobody got the memo. So I'm just going to have to buy them myself! I know heart-shaped sunglasses sound like an accessory used during the summer, BUT when used in the correct shade and with the right clothes it can totally go with your fall attire!
When choosing your heart-shaped sunglasses for the FALL make sure:
1. The frame is thin
2. The color of the lenses isn't bright.
Two rules, not that difficult.

I found a perfect example of heart-shaped sunglasses on the Urban Outfitters website, but I'm sure if you look around in Amazon or other websites you can find plenty of other shades. Pun intended.

I leave you with a song that is somewhat old in hopes that you will like it! It's really upbeat and mellow at the same time! I felt Ricky Martin's "The Best Thing About Me Is You" song and video made a big statement on equality; lend an ear. :)

I found this online scarf store called Scarves Dot Net and it offers tons of different styles for every season make sure you check out the fall ones! There is currently a fall sale going on! 15% discount take advantage of it! Plus if you order $40 or more you get free shipping! So stock up on your scarf collection! Below is a link to their website:

I also attached a link that is also on Scarves Dot Net that teaches you how to tie a scarf!

More Than String

Hello chicas! There’s a growing demand for these cute and simple bracelets; I’m sure you’ve seen them around somewhere at stores and boutiques. Pura Vida Bracelets are great for everyday and fresa-usable. PLUS, there is a great story behind these bracelets. When I visited Costa Rica, everyone greeted each other by saying. “Pura Vida”. I speak Spanish so, this phrase was odd because normally it is said, “Vida Pura”, which means pure life, but not in Costa Rica. Pura Vida in Costa Rica means more. It means “enjoying life slowly, celebrating good fortune and not taking anything for granted” (Pura Vida- Our Story). I think this personality is found in most fresas, easy style with a Hispanic twist to it.
This bracelet business started when two tourists found Jorge, the maker of the bracelets, selling them and asked him to make 400 to take bring to the United States. Some of the bracelets were placed in a boutique and were sold quickly and demand grew. The two tourists called Jorge and began a business with him. The purpose behind the bracelets is to give artisans in Costa Rica jobs and they also started a mission to preserve the beaches and oceans worldwide. All in all, Pura Vida Bracelets has a really neat story behind it and the bracelets are really cute to wear! Get them. Stack them on your wrist!

They also have a Facebook and a Twitter to follow, whatever floats your boat!
Here are some pictures from my trip to Costa Rica. If you want to see paradise, Costa Rica is the place to go!
